This ballet depicts many of the events in Jose Rizal’s life showing his humanity, his loves, and the events that shaped his thinking. Though it is a tale steeped in Filipino history, it is also a story that transcends nationality, mirroring a selfless man struggling to do the right thing by his family and his country.
